• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic and maintain the core application framework using Node Js.
• HRMS Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of HRMS systems to develop features related to employee management, payroll, attendance, performance evaluation, and other HR processe.

• Strong experience with ReactJS and front-end development.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
