Every year, International Women’s Day gives us a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible contributions of women in our workplace and beyond. It is a day to honor the achievements of women, promote gender equality, and reaffirm our commitment to creating a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment for all.

This year’s celebration at SPLOGOS was both heartfelt and impactful. The office was beautifully decorated with themes of purple, white, and green—the symbolic colors of International Women’s Day—creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere. From banners highlighting inspirational quotes to posters celebrating women leaders across industries, every corner of our office was filled with positive energy and purpose.

The day began with a warm welcome and a keynote address by a member of our leadership team, who spoke about the importance of women in shaping SPLOGOS’ success story and the need for continuous efforts toward equality and empowerment. We also heard from some of our own team members—both women and men—who shared personal stories, reflections, and words of encouragement, creating an open and inspiring space for dialogue.

A highlight of the celebration was our Women at SPLOGOS panel discussion, where female colleagues from different departments spoke about their journeys, challenges, and accomplishments. Their insights and experiences offered motivation and guidance to everyone in the room, sparking meaningful conversations about leadership, career growth, and workplace inclusivity.

To recognize and appreciate the outstanding contributions of our women employees, we hosted an Appreciation Ceremony where team leads and managers expressed their gratitude and handed out small tokens of recognition. It was a heartfelt moment that reinforced the value each woman brings to our company culture and mission.

Adding to the celebration were engaging activities such as creative workshops, self-care sessions, and fun games designed to foster team bonding and wellness. We also organized a Women in Art and Innovation Gallery, showcasing creative work, achievements, and projects led by women at SPLOGOS, highlighting their diverse talents and passions.

In keeping with the spirit of giving back, SPLOGOS partnered with a local NGO supporting women’s education and vocational training. As a part of this initiative, we raised funds and awareness to support their programs, reaffirming our belief that empowerment extends beyond our office walls and into the communities we serve.

Our celebration concluded with a vibrant high tea and networking session, where employees connected, shared laughs, and celebrated unity in diversity. The sense of camaraderie and pride was palpable, reminding us of the importance of building a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
